Welcome, I’m Lisa 🌿

I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. I’m Lisa Snyder, a State-Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator in Oregon and a Colorado-Licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator.  I am based in Portland, Oregon, where I offer services through InnerTrek, and also have availability at Gather in Salem.

My Approach

I am passionate about guiding others on the path toward inner liberation and personal growth, through safe and intentional psychedelic facilitation. My work is rooted in creating spaces where clients can explore healing and reconnect with their authentic selves.

My Training

I am a proud graduate of InnerTrek, a historic and pioneering facilitator training program founded by Tom Eckert, architect of Oregon’s Measure 109—the nation’s first state-regulated psilocybin therapy model. InnerTrek is the first school of its kind to be approved by a state health authority and department of education, training facilitators to practice within Oregon’s legal framework.

Who I Work With

I work with adults seeking healing, clarity, or a deeper connection with themselves—especially those navigating change, identity, life transitions, or personal growth. My facilitation supports people who feel ready to shift old patterns, gain perspective, and reconnect with meaning and purpose in their lives.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, burnout, or self-criticism, as well as those processing grief or loss. I also frequently work with women, creatives, entrepreneurs, LGBTQ+ adults, and neurodivergent individuals who are exploring authenticity, belonging, and new possibilities in their lives.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing begins with curiosity, self-compassion, and the courage to turn inward. Every journey is unique, and I offer grounded, trauma-informed support for whatever brings you to this work.

About Me

My journey into this work began in my 20s, following the loss of both my parents to cancer—an experience that ignited my passion for healing and helping others find meaning in life’s hardest moments. For over 18 years, I’ve built businesses and fostered communities, from connecting the LGBTQ+ and cannabis communities to creating safe spaces for women, creatives, and neurodivergent individuals.

I’ve also personally walked the path of transformation—coming out, relocating across the country, and integrating plant medicines such as cannabis, psilocybin, and ayahuasca into my own life. Now, I’m here to walk alongside you as you discover your next step forward.

I specialize in supporting those navigating feeling stuck, depression, emptiness, anxiety, challenges with self-esteem and confidence, burnout, loss, grief, LGBTQ+ identity, neurodiversity, women’s issues, creative blocks, and the challenges of entrepreneurship. I am also a member of the Portland Grief House Death Collective, supporting individuals who are grieving, facing a diagnosis, or seeing a psychedelic journey as part of their end of life plan.

My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and creating safe, intentional space for personal transformation.
